Floraville

Floraville is a low-maintenance type of grass that grows quickly and easily in almost any condition. This drought-tolerant perennial has great color, making it perfect for people who like to have a vibrant lawn that doesn't require much maintenance.

The color can be controlled by adjusting watering or fertilizing, or you can leave it on its own and see what happens. Floraville tends to grow best in areas with mild temperatures and abundant sunlight. Perfect for Jacksonville. It will tolerate both full sun and shade but performs better in full sun when it comes to maintenance requirements.

Pamletto

Floratam

Floratam is an improved version of St. Augustine grass, and it's one of our favorites. It's slightly finer in texture than other varieties, it's dark green year-round, and it grows well in sandy soil with relatively low amounts of fertilizer.

Floratam is especially useful for areas that are exposed to lots of foot traffic because it can handle quite a bit of wear. If you have heavy traffic or play sports on your lawn, consider adding some Floratam grass.

Mercedes

Mercedes grass is known for its dark green color and resistance to chipping. It grows best in sandy soil and takes longer to establish than other varieties.
